# Withdraw
To make a withdrawal, please go to the Dashboard section in your Delos profile and click the "↑" icon (Send).
\**Please note that for withdrawals of more than 500,000$ in DLT assets, you need to contact our support before initiating a payment*
You will have to select a counterparty account, associated wallet, enter amount. You will see the fees that will be changed for this transaction (based on your agreement).
If you created a counterparty more than 30 minutes ago, and it can't be selected, please contact our customer success team.
In the next step, you check the data you filled in. If all good, please click Confirm to finalize the transfer.
After that, you’ll see the notification of successful transfer.
Also, you’ll be able to see this in your Payments (transaction history) section.
We have only four possible statuses: Success, Pending/In Progress and Cancelled.
If the status is **Canceled**, and you did not cancel it deliberately, no need to wait, please contact customer success team immediately.
If the status is **Pending/In Progres** for the timeframe longer than is usual for the particular payment method, please contact customer success team as well.
If the status is **Success**, the time frame for the particular method passed, but your counterparty has not received the funds so far, please contact the customer success team, we’ll provide you with the payment proof (receipt) for further checking with your bank.
Typical time limits:
DLT Assets - up to 24 hours
SWIFT - up to 3 business days (up to 5 in case of additional compliance check)
FEDWIRE - up to 1 business day
